Utah ADU Builder is a planning and referral service. Partners may pay us for leads or referrals.

When you request help, we collect the contact information and project details you provide, such as your name, email, optional phone, property address, budget, timeline and goals. With your referral consent, we may share that inquiry with independent ADU design or construction partners so they can contact you about your project. Partners may compensate us for this introduction.
Referral partners handle their own proposals, contracts and services. Ask the partner about its privacy practices and contact preferences. You can use the public planning tools without submitting a referral request.
Property searches process addresses and coordinates through public mapping services. We retain search timestamps and match information to operate the tools and understand demand. Search logs are distinct from consented partner inquiries. Saved project drafts and scenarios stay in your browser unless you export, submit or explicitly share them. If you create a share link, the approved snapshot is stored on our server for access through an unlisted 30-day link. Anyone with the link can view it until it expires or you revoke it; previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Address sharing is optional.
We use Google Analytics for usage measurement, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email and Postgres/Neon when configured for records. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. We also measure page views, form progress and offer variations using a random browser session identifier. These measurements are separate from your contact details. Our analytics events exclude property-address fields; hosting and service logs may still contain request information.
We keep inquiry records for follow-up, referral administration and business records. You may request deletion or correction. Access to administration records requires authorization. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
To request access, correction, deletion, or that we stop selling or sharing your inquiry, use the privacy request page or email [email protected]. Include enough information to locate your inquiry. We may verify your identity before responding.
Contact a partner directly to change its contact preferences after an introduction. We can also help identify the recipient of your referral. A privacy request does not require submitting a new sales inquiry.
